Jason Whittaker came across this, so, I musy confess.
Richard heard that he was a popular person. So, when he heard about the elections, he had to run. However, he had no clue how he would get the office. Enter Robert Mitchell. Since he had very good skills from working with novacom, Mitch was the perfect person to do the job. Rigging everything. Including the money. I could not say anything for fear they would remove my power. Which, they later did. However, things are heading in the right direction. The PMs are also back up.
