State of the County Address: 11/24/2012

Greetings, members of Campbell County.

As you know, it's election season. We've got two seats available, and not much competition. If you think you'd be good as either the County Commissioner or Community Relations Director, please apply for the role now. If you don't want to run, remember to support your preferred candidate with your seashells. It helps them a whole lot.

RyanCummings has been doing a great job at news, so I'd like to thank him. Keep it up!

I'm also excited that that Christmas is coming quickly, and I'm ready. In fact, here's what my computer looks like right now:





I've been Deputy Mayor for almost a month now. How do you guys think I've been doing? With NaNoWriMo, I haven't been online as much as I'd like, but I've done my best.

Yeah, pretty much.

I think to some extent, posting as a community is lacking. Among the people who get on regularly, we have well over 5000 seashells so there is no reason to not be able to get donations. There are a lot of people who get on and just look around. Even 5-10 minutes of posting is a big help. I've mentioned it before but after 3 years of carrying the site, it's only right that everyone else pitch in. Even more so with me looking at more work hours.
