Minecraft 1.5
What ho! Minecraft 1.5 is now out! What do you think? I am totally a fan. For those of those who don't have it yet, here's whats new:

I love 1.5. I've been using the weekly snapshots, and I'm excited that it's stable now.
Those comparitors are pretty sweet. They can do quite a lot of awesome things. I'm not very good with redstone, but I've used the comparitor a little, and I'm impressed.
Also, I'm very glad they finally got around to removing Herobrine from the game.
