Khan Academy Empty Khan Academy

Post by orangie on 28th March 2013, 10:56 am

About two years ago, I read about this website in the Reader's Digest. This is an awesome website! Salman Khan, the founder, teaches from simple arithmetic to advanced calculus. He also teaches history, chemistry, physics, biology, and brain teasers. Last year, I was struggling with some concepts in biology. I looked them up on Khan Academy and he taught in a way I would understand. When you set up an account, you are given practice problems and even badges for completing the exercises. Everything is free, too! Whether you need help with a math problem or you just want to check it out, I highly recommend Khan Academy for anyone!

I have used Khan Academy a few times in the past, mostly for biology and functions several years ago. It was very helpful to have a secondary resource for the concepts I was learning.

I might use it again if needed, this time for a CLEP Calculus exam I shall be taking.

I have been aware of this site, and put it to use. It is an exemplary site.

I found it a while ago, and love it!! I use it for Algebra 2 stuff, and its very helpful! The other day I asked my mom if I could ditch my teachers on the cds, and just use Khan Acadamy:lol: Another site that is REALLY helpful and fun for math troubles, is YayMath.

I go to Khan academy whenever I don't understand anything. Everything I have ever gone there to understand has been explained. The only thing I wish they would do more with is their physics section.
