T.S.'s telepathy Empty T.S.'s telepathy

Post by T.S. (myself) 11th March 2013, 11:13 pm

A long time ago, all the way over on the SS mini-chat, I discovered my uncanny telepathic abilities. Wink

Actually, I discovered that I was quite good at guessing things about different members, based on what I knew about them, and using common sense and chance to my advantage. I also pulled information from various sources to answer the questions, and make 'predictions' about what various activities members had done throughout the day. Using this strategy, I gave Suzy quite a scare. Wink

I have been somewhat successful in manipulating this to tell members things about themselves. Most of the time, I am either wrong or technically correct, but occasionally I will guess completely right and surprise someone.

In this topic, I can provide two services.

1. Give you a general statement about your day. This would require no question from you.
2. Answer a question, such as "What color shirt am I wearing?"

I may experiment with the rate, but we will start with two seashells for the former and four seashells for the later.

I reserve the right to refuse and telepathy opportunities. I will take a while to reply, but this is to your advantage, as it gives me increased concentration.

This will generally be more fun for everyone if you don't try to 'trap' me, such as asking "What did my younger sister do today?" when you do not have a younger sister. I am using reasonable guesses here, some of which will just be to entertain. Everyone knows that I cannot actually know what is going on in your life, so there is no reason to prove this, especially since you will be wasting seashells.

I shall admit the fact that you did, indeed, scare me. =P
Alright, I'll start things off. Did I wear socks today?

Suzy, you did indeed wear socks yesterday. You also wore shoes.

Conquestor, you do not care very much about what you wear. You are more concerned of your interior character.

Do I care about what I wear?
Am I smarter than you?
Do I like to exercise?
Would I rather read and drink tea or go ice skating with Selena Gomez?

Ahem... But dear, you see, that was trick question. While it would be heavenly to have a date with Miss Gomez and snuggle her... I'm an awful skater. I wasn't made to be on metal sticks on top of ice. Selena would probably be unimpressed if I fell down on top of her... though that would be kinda nice in a way....
But anyhow, I would rather read and drink tea. For me, that's happiness... However, why, if Selena and I could go on a tour of lederhosen shop and then ride a gondola through Venus, well.

What do I enjoy doing in my free time?

When will I get my new camera?

Can I do a British accent?

Do I prefer writing, reading, or reviewing most?

Would I rather act or direct a movie?

Sorry it's taken me so long to reply, Pound Foolish. I was sick all of yesterday and my mind simply didn't have the stamina to read your thoughts.

You do indeed care about what you wear, especially in the presence of Selena.

Yo would like to think you are smarter than I am. In terms of life experience, most theology, and being well-written, you are indeed smarter than I am. T.S., however, has a high capacity for learning, and can go unnoticed when he wishes to, a very smart thing occasionally. *vanishes*

You enjoy most forms of exercise, especially swimming. You dislike running and could go either way on biking.

You and Suzy answered the last one, do I shall tell you what book you would prefer reading: Brian Davis's new book. (assuming, of course, that he just came out with a new one yesterday and you haven't read it yet.)

Froggy: Wink

In your free time, you enjoy spending time with your sister, reading, writing, and not doing arithmetic. You, obviously, enjoy spending time listening to AiO and posting on message boards.

Assuming that you are indeed getting a new camera, it will arrive anytime in the next two weeks.

You can do a British accent well.

You prefer reviewing. It combines writing and reading, giving you a unique way to express your thoughts.

You enjoy parts of acting, but would prefer directin, rather than performing.

Conquestor, it depends on the reading or game. If the book is dull and for your studies, you would prefer playing a game. Overall, you enjoy gamng more. You enjoy many types of games, including strategy games, card games, and board games, but you enjoy fast paced games the most.

ALL of them right, TS! That's so cool. Well done, and I'm sorry you've been sick.
Although I'm not sure I'm smarter than you... I'd like to think I am. But I'd probably have to be dumb to think that. However, as the idea appeals to my vanity...

What is a main reason, for which I dislike it when family members/myself get sick?

Do I like to sit still and do something like reading, or do I prefer to stay active during the day?

Do I consider myself to be a quiet person, or an outgoing person?

Sorry it took me so long to reply.

Being sick keeps you from all of the activities and projects you would normally like to accomplish with your time.

You need consistent exercise to feel your best, but you also enjoy quieter activities.

You consider yourself to be a fairly quiet person, but you also enjoy socializing in your own way.
