Random thoughts/chat

First topic message reminder :

There's a topic kinda like this on the Soda Shop, and on a couple other message boards I'm on, so I figured, hey, why not here?

On this thread I guess post things that are going on with your life, thoughts about things that are going in with your life, just random thoughts, whatever.


I'll start:

My long hair gets mixed responses from people...One day my dad and I were walking through Winco(I try not to be in that store... ), and we were walking past on lady, and the lady looked and me and was like "Hey, it IS a boy!!! Nice hair..." And I was like -->  

But then, there are other times, like at church, where I get compliments, yesterday I was standing with my bros outside our church, and a big tall dude walked over to me and said "Hey, man, I just wanted to say I REALLY like your hair!" And he shook my hand, and I was kinda like "Uh...ok...thanx"  I wasn't expecting such an enthusiastic greeting.

So yea. Anyways, your turn.

I play guitar when I'm mad. I dunno, a good way for me to vent my rage is to play aggressive music. Plus it helps keep me from smashing things, which works as a good alternative, when ya think about it...

yes just don't smash your guitar lol

 My guitar is exempt from being smashed, I try to avoid it, I love playing it too much.

random question, Metal, do you think you will ever cut your hair short? lol

Aren't people supposed to smash guitars?

Yeah, some people do, but guitars are expensive. Like, really expensive. A good guitar can retail for over a thousand dollars. Thus why I only have one, and it's not even a very good one.

So, guitars are not something that should be smashed on the ground, I'd think.

Just got back from being filmed for my band's music video!  It's looking great so far...

That is a common plight among adolescents.

My situation i'm in has made me lose all knowledge i had 

Dairy-free mashed potatoes: mix with coconut milk and olive oil.  I never thought I'd try something like that, but it actually has an ever-so-slight difference in taste.  Yummy!

Well since this is Random thoughts.. I guess I will post what i have been thinking about lately.

Most of you know I live on an Island, If you don't know..well now you do :p I live in Praia, Cape verde. At first I thought " Yay! We are moving here!" But now " I dislike it here, and i rather go home" I honestly don't like it, but I realized that.. I needed to stop thinking about how much i don't like it. But there are a few things I do like here..

1. Gelato - Ice cream!
2. The Ocean - I love this the most!

But i guess I get discouraged to, No one comes to church anymore.. well one lady does, sometimes ( and sometimes she brings her daughters) but she will come once a week.

Just for me living here, Is not easy.. I rather go home.. I told my mom I don't care if we have to move.. as long as they speak english..

I don't know if I want to stay here another 2 years...

Same with me it is driving me crazy in Africa. Too few friends our church is boring and my dad only preaches occasionally. I am different from the other kids at the church.

I'm learning a guitar solo. Making shaky progress... :/

My dad and sisters are back from Romania!!!!

next week we r going to Mississippi to see family nd going camping nd to the zoo! I'm soooooo excited!!!!!
