First topic message reminder :

Welcome to the Campbell County Historical Society! You expected a bunch of boring old shelves full of records, didn't you? Well, you're wrong! This is a trivia game show dedicated to days gone by of the County. Whoever gains the most points wins, and we'll work something out for a prize, probably a blue ribbon or a gold medal. Are you ready? Good, then let's start?

Question 1: What user was a poetry fanatic/romantic, writing the poem "Stars Do Not Compare" to his ex-girlfriend who dumped him?

Start searching the archives! Happy Hunting!

Here are the scores:

GJoy---4
Bren---3
Monty--1
Wooton Z. Bassett--1
Jason--1 and 1 "Brownie Point" (which means absolutely nothing).
CD333-5

GJoy, that question you just answered was about ten posts back. Yes, Bren, you got it. (Well, of course, you were in those sessions.)

And since this is the tenth question, I'm going to make it worth one normal point AND a Brownie Point! (By the way, Brownie Points are bonus points that are worth a plate of brownies at the end of the game.)

Question #10: What was the title of the first devotional ever given from the Podium?

CD333, that is correct! Which puts us in a pretty interesting predicament: We now have a three-way tie for first place between GJoy, Bren, and CD333. Let's continue the game. Oh, and just to make the stakes a little higher, the winner will get 100 seashells! (Why not, right?)

Question #11: What were the two teams on Spirit Week 2011?

That is the right answer, Bren. Okay, time to make things a lot harder. I will give no hints, no multiple choice, no nothing on this question. Here goes:

GJoy, that is correct! Just so everybody knows, the CC Historical Society shuts it doors either tomorrow night or the night after that, so if you want to win, you better put in a lot of effort.

Question #14: "Eagle Pride" was the temporary username for which CC member?

Correct, CD!!! Good job!!!

Okay, folks, it's time to wrap up the Campbell County Historical Society. But first, let's give out our awards. Here are the final scores:

CD333---6 GJoy-----4 Bren-----3 Monty----1 Jason----1 Wooton Z. Bassett--1

So, CD333, come and get your gold medal! Also, CD and Jason each have 1 Brownie Point, so each of you come up and grab as many brownies as you possibly can! However, thecomputer wouldn't let me upload a brownie picture, so you just have to imagine brownies or something. Thanks for playing everybody!

(Oh, and about the 100 Seashells for the winner. CD, just take them off my account and put them on yours.)
