June 13: 2 hours of weight lifting, aka lugging a baby around, and about 10 minutes of walking/running, aka chasing a 3-year-old up and down the sidewalk and stairs.  (-_-)

June 13: 45 minute workout, mostly weights this time.

Running total: 690 minutes.

I think I'd like to get up to a full hour daily by the end of the month. I just don't know if I can do it. Smile

June 14: One hour pushing the lawn mower.

June 15: Two hours swimming.

June 16: Half an hour various exercises, both organized and not. 

Running total: 900 Minutes

EDIT: June 17: 45 Minute workout.

Running total: 945 Minutes

EDIT #2: June 18: 45 Minute workout.

Running total: 990 Minutes

This week I a have done:
June 18th- 20 minutes weight lifting, 25 minutes running. 
June 20th- 20 min. weight lifting, 25 minutes walking
I am cutting my exercise down to 3 times a week because of moving.

June 19: 45-Minute workout

June 20: Busy day. Only got fifteen minutes in. So, fifteen minutes of Kata.

June 21: Two hours swimming, plus one and a half mowing the lawn. I'm tired.

Running total: 1260 Minutes

Thanks. I really want the extra seashells.

So, goal analysis... I think I'm doing well. So far, I've had just one day where I couldn't exercise enough to meet my daily goal, but I was busy, and away from home, so I didn't have a choice. I think I made up for it with extra time today.

EDIT:

June 22: 45 minute workout

June 23: No exercise. The plan was to play disc golf after dinner, but then it started raining.

June 24: 30 minute workout

Today: In addition to the regular, I swam for 45 minutes

I think I'm doing quite well with my goals. :)I've met them consistently, and exceeded them occasionally. Smile

June 25: 30 minute workout.

I'm effecting a change in plans. Instead of going for as much time as possible, I'm trying to pack as much into thirty minutes as possible. So, less time exercising overall, but more time doing the harder things. Also, I probably won't be able to exercise over the weekend, I'll be camping.

So, goals are going well. I can't keep above half an hour every day, but that's usually because of unexpected circumstances.

Running total: 1485 minutes.

Okay, I'm kinda really late with this (not sure if it counts anymore), but after 3 days of hiking in Yellowstone, I'm pretty sure I met my goal...(30 min/4 times a week)

June 27-28: 100 sit-ups, 50 push-ups
June 29: I'm afraid I slacked off a bit. I fell asleep while I was taking a break after the 100 sit-ups. When I woke up at 2 AM with my contacts still in, I decided to make up the push-ups the next day. All that to say: 100 sit-ups
June 30: 100 sit-ups, 100 push-ups(to make up for the day before)

June 28: 30 minutes, pushing the lawn mower.

June 29: 60 minutes of Disc Golf.

June 30: No exercise.

Thus concludes this challenge for me. I think it went well, I'm surprised that I only mised a couple days and managed to stay way above my goal for the most part. Now, I'm just bummed out that Karate's still on summer break. Smile

Month total: 1545 minutes.
