From someone else's perspective, it could be anyone.

From my perspective, I know it's not me, so it's probably an active player in this game. You and AS are active, but I might as well chose you.

From your perspective? Either it's not you, so it might as well be me, or you know you're the mafia (pun intended), and you're trying to cover it up.

What's the worst thing that could happen for me, and the best thing that could happen for the Mafia? CD333 getting killed. Because I'm reasonably sure he's innocent. But, if you can convince me otherwise, I'll go along with it.

Why do I think he's innocent? It's just a much-thought-out guess.

If you're a mafia, you wouldn't frame your partner. If you're not a mafia, you have a very small chance of being right anyways.

Unless you're the sheriff, and you got extremely lucky and found out CD333 was mafia. But if you did, you wouldn't try to get people to think I'm the mafia.

So, yeah, I'm in a tough spot.

Ah, but from my perspective, if I were the sheriff and found out CD333's guilt, then I wouldn't focus only on him, or I would risk my cover. I would focus on who I believe to be the mafia as well. If I say it outright, "CD333 is the mafia", then the mafia will know I am the Sherriff, and kill me. I am not the Sherriff however, (of course, I would say that anyway. ) so moving on.

Nobody can really prove anyone's guilt. You, AS, and I are pretty much the only ones commenting right now. Since I am not the mafia, and I don't think it is AS, that just leaves RyanHoots, because he has been trying to kill me since I first spoke. He knows me in real life, so if he is the mafia, I pose a threat to him because I know him so well.

But the thing is, if RH ISN'T the mafia, then I don't want to kill him. He's my friend! Which is why I voted for CD333. He hasn't shown his face, and he just strikes me as the mafia type. Plus, because he isn't commenting, if we kill him, not much harm is done. If we don't, and AS, RH, or I am killed instead, then the people who really want to play the game and be involved won't get to.

That's not much of a reason to kill somebody, but I have to agree with your logic. You're my friend, even if we pose serious threats to each other. Of course, chances are, we're both going to die anyways, so we might as well work together for now.

But if the mafia kill me, that will be all the proof anybody would need to know that it's RyanC.

Heh, so now I'm two days late instead of just one. Just so everyone knows, because I'm posting late doesn't mean that the mafia have more time to make a decision - they get 72 hours just like everyone does during the day.

Last night:

Everyone can hardly sleep, wondering who the mafia's next victim is. Some people manage to get more sleep than others. In the morning, however, everyone is surprised to find out that the mafia did not strike during the night.
