Um... I think that's a notice for how close you are to being banned.

But, It might just be something for the birthday thing. I saw one member have that...

Wow... I had no idea of what the different levels and punishments were.
This helps me in the future. But, One question.
Why does The Old Judge have one? I mean, Sko said something about the birthday thing I read earlier... What is with that?

His ban was a short time deal because of a game and we never reset him. It's not extreme if they've broken the rule 4 times before. It would give them time to mature.

Unless you have your own forum (Example: Guys club, my blog, ect.) That gives you some sort of slight modding power for that said forum, the only ones who can make stickies are mods/admins.
