So, I'm going to sit down and write something right now. I have no idea what I'm going to write, the story will unfold on its own.

Yep, the biggest shipment of computer parts is here. The only stuff that's left to come is the CPU and the Hard Drive.

So, here's what came:


This is the RAM for the PC, it's 16 GB of Corsair Vengeance. Way overkill, I know.


This is the motherboard. It's the only part of the PC that's not "way overkill". It's only "normal overkill".

I'm a little late on this, but my second computer part has come!


It's a DVD writer!

A lot of parts are scheduled to arrive tomorrow, so I'll have a lot of pictures for you then.

Well, after months of scouring the internet, I'm done with the parts list for my new computer. It's going to have Intel's latest Core i7 processor, the i7-3770, running alongside two 8GB sticks of Corsair Vengeance memory, for a total of 16 GB of dual-channel RAM.

Windows 7, along with the majority of my stuff, will be stored on a WD 1TB Black. I might add another for RAID 0 later, if I feel like it.

The parts will be ordered later today, and I'll let you know as soon as I have an arrival estimate from FedEx.

It's huge. A lot bigger than I expected. It's got three fans, all of them bigger than any of the fans in any PC I've ever seen. Did I mention it's gigantic? I'm so glad it was on sale for thirty dollars off.

I can't wait to get started building, I just need to wait for the rest of my parts to come. It should be less than a week, though.

Okay, I didn't think it was possible, but today, I know it's true. Medicine can be worse than what it cures, even today. Yesterday I had to swallow a big pill, and concluded I couldn't do it again unless my life depended on it. So, today, I have to eat Jello with a crushed pill sprinkled over it. It's worse than it sounds.

Really, I'd rather be sick for a few more days than eat this stuff, but I'll eat it anyways.

Merry Christmas!

Christmas is this Tuesday! It's only a few days away now! I can't stop using exclamation points! At least I'm not in all caps! And now I'll start overusing emoticons because it's Christmas time!

Well, I'm about a week from the day I need to have a list of the parts I want to buy for my PC, and nothing is set in stone, except the case I'm using.

Today, the Cooler Master HAF 922 just decreased in price again. It's $90 (plus free shipping), which is $30 off its normal price. So, I went with that case. I ordered it today, and I should have it within a week.

Well, as the title says, I don't have a video blog ready yet. My computer just can't handle it. So, I'm waiting for my new computer, which is only about a week away at this point.

I can't decide between two computer styles.

Well, what are blogs for? Ranting!

Okay, well, don't you hate it when people use the word "that" when referring to people? For example, "I wish I had a friend that could play football with me." I don't know why people do it, but it bothers me.

Also, don't you hate it when smart people make common spelling mistakes? I guess our educational system is a bigger failure than I thought.

I'm thinking about doing a video blog, just for fun. If I did, would you guys want to watch...

Okay, I've finally done it. I've purchased a blog on CC.

So, I'd better post something interesting.

Last year, we had 11/11/11. Two years ago, we had 10/10/10. Now, it's 12/12/12. And we won't have another date like that until 2101. But, I'm sure you guys already know that.

But did you know that we will never get 1/2/34 unless someone changes the calendar?
